D. Evelyn Baughman

Doyne Evelyn Baughman, age 84, of Clinton, Utah and formerly of Mt. Sterling was reunited with her husband on September 21, 2016.

Evelyn as she is called was born July 14, 1932 to the late Harry and Karine Fuller in Quincy, Illinois.

She attended 2 one room schools and graduated from Mendon High School in 1950.  She spent one year at Lincoln Bible College.

Evelyn married Melvin Baughman in January, 1957 and had 55 years of marriage before Melvin preceded her in death.  She was a member of North Central Baptist Church in Roy, Utah. 

Surviving are her children Lyndell (Cathy) Baughman of Rockport, Illinois, Gary (Carroll) Baughman of Hemet, California, Lori (Rick) Wehling of Clearfield, Utah and Gaylene (Jeff) Alexander of Clinton, Utah.

Her grandchildren, Nathan Pence, Acelynn Brock, Eric Alexander, Alicia Wehling, Michelle Parker and Jessica Alexander.

Her great grandchildren, Preston Pence, Raenalynn Brock, Xander Brock, Beya Alexander, Gavin Parker, Mila Alexander and Baby Alexander yet to be born.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister and all aunts and uncles with only cousins remaining.   

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, September 26, 2016 in the Hendricker Funeral Home in Mt. Sterling with her son in law Pastor Jeff Alexander officiating. Burial will be in the Mounds Cemetery near Timewell.

Visitation will be from 12:00 noon until the time of services on Monday at the funeral home.
