Misty Kruse

Misty Lynn Kruse (Turner), age 35, of Mt.Sterling, Illinois passed away at 4:36 a.m. on Thursday, October 3, 2019 at the Culbertson Memorial Hospital in Rushville, Illinois.

She was born June 23, 1984 in Jacksonville, Illinois. She married Diane Kruse on June 24, 2015 in Jacksonville, and she survives.

Misty attended Jacksonville schools, and she always enjoyed working on cars, playing slot machines, fishing and hunting but her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren.

Survivors also include her mother, Toni Turner and her father, Marty Hayes both of Jacksonville.

3 children, Cheyenne Hendricks of Mt. Sterling, Lilly Morton of Bluffs, and Louie Bedenbender (Brittany Gobbel) of Mt. Sterling. 4 grandchildren, Jackson and Dean Bedenbender, Blake Schoondyke and Grayson Kruse. 1 sister Ashley Hayes of Jacksonville. Her maternal grandmother Nettie Turner and paternal grandmother Berniece Hayes both of Jacksonville and her mother-in-law Eva Harman of Mt. Sterling also survives along with numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by 1 son Malachi Allen and her father-in-law Richard Harman, Sr.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, October 11, 2019 in the Hendricker Funeral Home in Mt. Sterling with Pastor Matt Haberman officiating. Burial will follow in the      Mt.Sterling City Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services on Friday at the Funeral Home.

Memorials are suggested to the Jacksonville American Legion Post # 279.
